To be eligible for a return, your return merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling fees for the return merchandise. SHAPL is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen during the return transit process. Package your return item in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase[, and a note that contains your order identification number and your first and last name]. All returns should be addressed to:#1205, 40, Cheongyecheon-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul 04521, Republic of KoreaShip the package to us via [EMS, UPS, DHL or FedEX]. Please note that the returned merchandise must be post-marked within thirty (30) days from the date you received the merchanchise. Otherwise, we will be unable to process the return. Refund Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your unused article of merchandise in satisfactory condition. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our Website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. SHAPL OFFERS NO REFUNDS ON ANY ARTICLE OF MERCHANDISE DESIGNATED ON OUR WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damaged Merchandise When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if material damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for quick service. You must also email us with authentic, non-modified photographic images of such damaged carton for purposes of our internal verification. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
