I've always wanted to have a perfectly healthy living style to maximize my productivity in the day, but i frequently forget to drink enough water, especially that most important first cup in the morning. This is where my design originated.

Taking care of the body
Your body gets extremely dehydrated over the night as large amount of water evaporate via your skin and breath. This causes one's blood to thicken and is the reason to the increased risk of stroke in the morning. It is however extremely easy for one to not drink anything in the morning, especially after brushing their teeth. (rinsing and mint reduces thirst)
Perhaps more importantly for most however, is that the morning drowsiness normally associated with "sleeping too little" or "too much" is actually largely due to the same thing: blood being too thick and hence devoid of oxygen.
Therefore, the fastest way to get rid of the "morning-feel" is to rehydrate quickly. Experiments have shown that water at body temperature has the highest and fastest absorption rate. The act of having to sit up and drink further enhances Aqualarm's ability to quickly and comfortably wake you up.
